ordered from the app for delivery and the place was closed and it shouldve said on the website it was closed. rather than taking my money telling me i was getting a delivery. have requested a refund!

Food was colder than expected, chips seemed like cooked for a while, chicken nuggets overcooked and wasn't usual excellent quality. I have had better food from this establishment in the past was disappointed

Delivery took 2 hours to come. Tried ringing but phone goes straight to answer phone so couldn't speak to anyone and food was average at best. Normally the food from kinross fry is very good.

Ordered for 5 people. Four items arrived. Batter on fish very undercooked and unpleasant. Chips very soft and cold. Called Kinross Fry twice to request missing item and calls went to voicemail on both occasions. To date they have not bothered to return call.

Food tasted like it was yesterdays leftovers, very dry and hard! Most of it went in the bin, I personally wouldn’t order again.

I order from here all the time as a treat for me and my mum, the staff are always lovely, the food is always delicious and a generous portion. Definitely recommend!

Food wasn't the greatest, chicken pakora was over cooked, the donar meat in the kebabs was spicy spicy, and only got half a pitta bread with a large kebab,

Delicious , I hope these boys stick around . Fresh , tasty , nice n hot . Defo order again , was being lazy tonight getting delivery , I will walk round next time , as nice guys to talk to too x

Loved the sliced blackpudding in batter. Never had it like that before! The chicken pakora and homemade chillie sauce was great!

Omar the pizza Chef was very friendly and our pizzas were delicious.

Food was cold, bearing mind it was chicken and donner meat. Great for food poisoning. My 5 chicken wings ended up being two chicken wings and 3 nuggets . I phoned shop immediately to be told I l look into it and phone back. Still waiting on phone call, poor customer service

Ordered online and paid at 6:30pm, told to collect at 6:50, turned up just before 6:56pm and my order hadn't even been started. Had to wait almost another half hour for my food to be ready. If I order and PAY online, I expect food to be ready when I turn up. Very disappointed. When I got home with my order, the jumbo sausage supper had no seasoning or sauce & the double chicken sandwich supper had absolutely nothing on it. I ticked options for salt/vinegar and brown sauce and the. salad & sauce for the sandwich. So not only was it not ready, they didn't even make an effort to make sure it was correct.

the chips were rank, the large chicken kebab should have had salad and chilli sauce, a small amont of lettuce on it. chicken was a coated breast sliced not marinated pieces, donner kebab was not edible

Food was not good, didn't get what I ordered, I ordered a mixed hoggie and I just got a wrap with salad and Donor meat which it not what I asked for, a mixed hoggie normally has chicken and chips and then donor meat, that’s not what I got ,and the rest of the food was shit too, my family will not be coming back.

Great service, workers are so polite, food I’d top drawer My brother in law was over from Australia and was amazed that we eat deep fried battered pizza, so the guys gave him one to try, he loved it Cheers guys yous are now famous in the pubs in oz

Ordered online to collect. When I arrived the order wasn't ready. Thankfully there was no one else in the shop. Poor quality fish with soggy batter and an unpleasant taste. Chips were fine. The shop itself had a bad smell of food that had burned and not been cleaned off only to burn again. Unlikely to order again

We ordered chips and curry sauce and chips, chees and donner meat. Both were brilliant and the delivery time was fast. Definitely ordering again!
